Performance
Performance is another term for modification, and the most pertinent question is, why do it at all?
In
reality one can select from a reasonably broad range of BMW cars to suit
the performance level you
desire
without any modification.
Thus
one should consider any modification carefully, clearly define the reasons
for such modifications,
and
balance this against the availability of a standard product which is available.
In
addition there are very few BMW cars which are not capable of performance
beyond the
majority
of drivers, seeking increased power and "handling" may be nothing more
than a mis comprehension
as
to where the "performance" inadequacy lies ...... it is usually the driver!
To
this end once the philosophical analysis is over, the performance deficit
is defined and modification is
still
desired the task at hand is to determine in which way to modify the car.
